This team member works closely with you to help build your business using a full suite of RMF tools. Your Regional Account Manager/Inside Account Executive is responsible for the overall success of your relationship with Reverse Mortgage Funding.
Once a loan is submitted, this is your go-to person to help move business through the process. Your RMF Relationship Manager is your pipeline manager, U/W liaison, product support person, and perhaps most importantly, a hands-on extension of your own staff, moving your loans to closing.
This team member can address the everyday questions that arise, providing technology support, basic product information, and other general “help desk” assistance.
